PACIFIC LAND SURVEYS ( PLS ) is a woman-owned and operated sole proprietorship providing full service Professional Land Surveying and CADD (computer-aided design and drafting) services. Founded in 1995 by Registered Professional Land Surveyor Susan D. Ruschmeyer, PLS is located in Sonoma County and Mendocino County, California and is licensed to practice in California, Nevada and Arizona.
Professional services encompass a full range of field surveying and mapping tasks for boundary, topographic, aerial control, A.L.T.A. and construction surveys, preparation of lot line adjustments / parcel mergers, boundary line agreements, legal descriptions for parcels and easements, and exhibits. In addition, PLS offers assistance to clients with environmentally sensitive subdivision site planning and provides consulting for GPS and GIS applications.
